When you apply for an opportunity, your CV is directed to a member of the HR team. Your experience & skills will be assessed against the job you applied for. The more information you provide us with that demonstrates how you match our opportunity the better we can assess your application for the role.
Our interviews are generally competency based. Typically, you may meet with several interviewers across relevant functional areas during the interview process to allow you to get a better understanding of who we are and how we operate. This is your opportunity to ask questions, learn more about what we do, about our culture, as well as to showcase what you have to offer!
Depending on the role and requirements, we may decide to practically assess your skills and experience. This testing may take the form of a psychometric assessment, a skills-based test, a case study or a combination of tests. If applicable this will all be clearly explained to you.
This interview will further discuss your experience and skills, testing results, role expectations, and give you the opportunity to ask us further questions to determine this is the right role and company for all parties in preparation for the offer of employment..
