Client Relations Manager NAM
Location: US – Eastern Time Zone
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relations Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing and growing strategic retail accounts across North America, building trusted customer relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities and delivering consultative solutions that support customer needs while achieving revenue and gross profit targets.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and gross profit across existing retail customers.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a consultative partner and primary commercial contact.
- Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Lead customer discovery conversations to understand needs, challenges, buying drivers, and opportunities for Sekura Global solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and business reviews to support and expand the business.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure the customer understands our products and solutions, and maximize service to customers, and with the Strategic Partnerships team around strategic opportunities with their accounts.
- Closing deals through negotiation and by overcoming objections
- Support New Business Development Team with onboarding of new retail customers.
- Manage pipeline activity, customer interactions, and opportunity progression accurately through CRM.
Qualifications and Experience Include:
- 3 + years’ corporate business development and account management sales experience, selling inventory-based products into large retailers.
- An experienced consultative salesperson with a hunter mentality and a proven track record of increasing sales.
- Strong communication skills, particularly around customer outreach, uncovering needs, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, having the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.
- Highly driven and results focused. Drives productivity with little supervision or direction.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel nationally approximately 50% of the time.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Collaborative, strong team player
- Knowledge of the loss prevention industry, a plus.
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, or relevant field a plus
- Authorization to work indefinitely in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
