Project Delivery Coordinator
Location: Colchester (onsite)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Colchester. This onsite position is responsible for supporting the on‑time and accurate delivery of security loss‑prevention products, systems, and deployments for global retail customers. This role focuses on providing consistent planning support, data accuracy, coordination, and process discipline across the delivery lifecycle—helping project managers prepare, execute, and close out deployment activities. You will ensure schedules, documentation, BOMs, logistics workflows, reporting, and technical handoffs are maintained accurately and on time, enabling smooth project execution.
This role is suited to someone highly organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable working in structured project and operational environments, with a strong motivation to deliver quality work and improve how deployments are managed across multiple stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support internal and external stakeholders in the planning and deployment of security products and systems.
- Support weekly global project reviews, capture updates and actions, and maintain accurate system records.
- Coordinate surveys, installations, logistics, and contractor activities to ensure smooth site‑level planning and execution.
- Work closely with third‑party installation partners to track progress, identify risks early, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain visibility of key deployment dependencies including product availability, site readiness, logistics slots, and resource capacity.
- Build and maintain integrated delivery schedules spanning all stages of deployment.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs, survey packs, installation guides, readiness documentation, and implementation materials.
- Translate delivery requirements into detailed logistics, installation, and resource plans across sites or deployment waves.
- Maintain accurate product, site, and project data to support ordering, logistics, resource planning, and deployment control.
- Ensure documentation standards are consistently met, and materials remain current and accessible.
- Support the consolidation of project and rollout information into clear reports, dashboards, and customer-facing updates.
- Support project status and KPI reporting each month or as required.
- Develop and maintain templates and documents used throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and support to drive improvements across delivery processes, collaborating with the team to realise measurable enhancements.
- Educate and train stakeholders on best‑practice project delivery to increase engagement, compliance, and successful outcomes.
Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years’ experience in operational or project‑based administrative work, ideally within a multi‑site or customer‑facing environment.
- Educational qualifications that demonstrate proficiency in English Language and Maths
- Demonstrable experience in the successful management and delivery of projects or programs with large customers across multi-sites.
- Excellent organisational skills with emphasis on priorities and timebound deliverables.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
- Experience working in a matrix environment, coordinating stakeholders and holding them to account on deliverables.
- Experience in working closely with customers on projects to coordinate and manage delivery, being key contact, and in regular dialogue, and managing risks.
- Experience in providing project reporting.
- Experience in Microsoft skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams. MS Project and SmartSheet experience desirable.
- Experience in creating Gantt charts to display project tasks and timelines.
- Technical skills required to successfully execute the projects process and deliverables therein.
- Experience of delivering best-of-breed customer service and project delivery.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the UK and internationally (as required from time to time) to support and drive successful project delivery.
- Certification in project management, e.g. PMI / Prince2 or equivalent, a plus.
- Experience of working in an ISO9001 compliance environment, a plus
- Authorization to work indefinitely in the UK without restrictions or sponsorship.
