New Business / Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be based in a major metropolitan area within 1 hour from a major US airport and have experience with B2B sales with inventory-based product experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Land & Expand: Onboard major new retail customers taking them from a trial request to placing orders, fueling our expansion. Build strong relationships and execute strategies to exceed revenue goals.
- Strategic Account Management: Take responsibility for existing retailer accounts and develop account plans to drive wallet share, conduct insightful business reviews, and craft proposals drive that win business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, business development, marketing and product teams to maximize opportunities and deliver top-notch solutions.
- Be the Face of the Brand: Travel to strategic in person client meetings, attend key conferences and exhibitions, and represent us with confidence and expertise.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven Sales Success: 5+ years of experience in pro-active sales, ideally with an understanding of the retail supply market – but if you’re a top closer, we want to hear from you!
- A-Grade Communication: You articulate value like a pro, both verbally and in writing.
- Relationship Builder Extraordinaire: Clients trust you, and you know how to keep them engaged.
- Target Crusher: You have a history of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales goals.

- Ability to travel nationally appropriately 50% of the time.
